RYSE was created by two Irish brothers-in-law, Ian O’Rourke and David Stone, who had one simple problem: they loved chocolate, they needed caffeine, and they were sick of choosing between the two.
So they asked a different question.

It is a chocolate energy bar which contains 80mg caffeine for energy and vitamins B6 & B12 for improved metabolism and focus.

There is 80mg of caffeine in every bar (the equivalent of a flat white or 250ml energy drink) as well as 15% of your daily guideline allowance for vitamins B6 and B12.

Yes — and then some. Unlike coffee or energy drinks, RYSE releases caffeine gradually into your bloodstream, giving you smooth, sustained energy for longer without the spike and crash. Think of it as a flat white you can eat.

Each RYSE bar contains milk solids and soya lecithin, so it is not suitable for vegans or those with a dairy or soy allergy. Produced in a facility that also handles nuts, so may contain nut traces. Always check the label if you have a specific allergy.

RYSE is made with real chocolate — not a compromise. It uses 30% cocoa solids and fairtrade chocolate, available in three flavours: creamy Milk Chocolate, cool Mint Chocolate, and zesty Orange Chocolate.
